Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.  If an item is damaged or defective do not discard the item, we may request a return of the item or documentation of the damage for insurance purposes. No returns or refunds will be processed unless you have first contacted us by email with any issues. We will not issue any refunds without documentation and email contact prior to the the request.  Please note, we do not offer returns or refunds on any customized products unless it is due to seller error.   Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Magnets, Decals over 12", and bulk orders of 5+ items are not eligible for returns or exchanges as these are made to order.

You should expect your refund to be credited to the original payment method in 10-14 business days from receipt of the return depending on the payment method.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us by email with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

*Do not discard any product you feel is defective until after your refund has been approved.*


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
