ALL PHOTOS MUST BE PRINT READY. I will crop photos but any further photo editing is $10.00 per Photo. (if your dogs head is at the very top of the picture with no space then part of their head will be cut off in the ring hole) Please make sure to submit high resolution images for printing. The print quality will only be as good as the image submitted! We do try to match colors as much as possible but please keep in mind we cannot guarantee print color will be exactly as it appeared on your monitor due to differences in monitors. Once a proof has been provided we DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS due to the quality of the photos provided. If the print quality is diminished due to the quality of the submitted photo we DO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE. You are responsible for providing a quality photo that is print ready.

Please review proof carefully. Once proof is provided we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Once you approve your proof we will not refund, exchange, or replace your tag because you decide you don't like the layout, the font isn't as big as you thought it would be, etc. Proof layout for your order may vary from listing photos due to design differences, colors, placement of your pet in the provided photos, colors you selected. I highly recommend you print the proof in the same size as the tag you ordered to be sure you are happy with the font sizes, colors, and placements. If you chose not to do this we are not responsible because you thought it would be different.

These are great for clipping to your crate, key-chain, collar during travel, halters, dog trailers, etc. The tags can provide an image with some basic handling and care instruction along with emergency contact information in the event of an accident.

Images are sublimation PRINTED directly onto acrylic which is sturdy, weatherproof, and will not fade, chip or peel! These are not decals applied to a surface!

Once your order is received you can send your images through the messages on the order. Please make sure to submit high resolution images for printing. If you have ordered a design that requires a proof or requested a proof on a custom order please watch for your proof to be received. Your shipment will be delayed if you do not respond. If no response is received by the 2nd ship date your order will be shipped as seen in the proof. All proofs are sent in BLACK, this does not reflect the color of your order. The proof is for layout and accuracy ONLY. Your decal will be cut in white unless another color is ordered or specified.

Please note that magnets, mugs, holiday items, and all items 12" and above in size are considered "Custom" and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please check your shipping addresses during checkout that they are up to date and correct. You will be responsible for shipping fees on any order than is returned due to an issue with your address.

*NOTE* Reflective Vinyl brand may vary and is only available in WHITE (SILVER), BLACK, RED, OR YELLOW (GOLD). If you choose a color that isn't offered in reflective your decal will be sent in standard vinyl in the color you chose. Thank you
