Personalized Pet Safety Tag, Travel Tag, Crate Tag. Keep your pet information handy during travel! Emergency Contact Info, Safety ID

Three Sizes • Two-Sided • Custom Printed

These custom Pet Safety Tags are a great way to keep important information with your pet while traveling, away from home, or your pet is unattended. Attach them to crates, carriers, collars, halters, dog trailers, keychains, or other gear.

Your tag can include your pet's photo, basic handling or care instructions, and emergency contact information in the event of an accident or emergency.

ALL PHOTOS MUST BE PRINT READY.

Please submit clear, well-lit, high-resolution original photos whenever possible. The quality of the finished print is directly dependent on the quality and resolution of the photo you provide.

I will crop your photo as needed for the design. Any additional photo editing is $10 per photo.
Please keep the placement of your pet in mind when choosing a photo. For example, if your dog's head is positioned at the very top of the photo with no additional space above it, part of the head may need to be cropped to accommodate the tag's ring hole.

Photos that are blurry, pixelated, dark, heavily cropped, screenshots, compressed, or low resolution may result in reduced detail or print quality on the finished tag. I cannot add detail or image quality that is not present in the original photo submitted.

You are responsible for providing a quality, print-ready image. If print quality is diminished because of the quality or resolution of the submitted photo, the tag is not eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
A digital proof will be provided for your review before your tag is made. Please review your proof carefully and request any revisions before approving it.

Because every tag is custom designed using your photos, information, and color selections, your proof may vary from the listing photos. Differences may include layout, colors, font sizing, and the size or placement of your pet within the design.

I highly recommend printing your proof at the actual size of the tag you ordered before approving it. This will give you a much better idea of the actual font size, spacing, photo size, placement, and overall layout. Even printing the proof in black and white can be helpful when reviewing sizing and placement. Printing your proof is optional, and I am happy to proceed without you printing it. However, please make sure you are satisfied with the design before approving it. By approving your proof, you are confirming that you are satisfied with the photo quality, spelling, font size, layout, placement, colors, and overall design shown.

Once a proof has been approved, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements because you later decide you would prefer a different layout, larger font, different photo placement, different design choice, or for any other detail that was visible on the approved proof.

Replacement tags are provided for shop errors only when the finished tag differs from the approved proof.
We make every effort to reproduce colors as accurately as possible. However, colors can appear differently between monitors, phones, tablets, printers, and other screens due to individual display and color settings.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the finished printed color will exactly match the color displayed on your screen or on a proof printed using your own printer. Color variations of this nature are not considered a printing defect.

Please watch for your proof after placing your order. Your order cannot move forward until the proof has been reviewed, so delayed responses may delay shipment. If we do not receive a response 48 hours prior to the second scheduled ship date, your order will be completed and shipped as shown in the proof provided.

Images are sublimation printed directly onto the acrylic. These are not decals or stickers applied to the surface.
The acrylic is sturdy and weatherproof, and the printed design will not chip or peel like a surface-applied decal.
Acrylic tag only. Key ring is not included.
